Close Grip Pulldowns widen the lower lats like no other exercise!

  1. Attach a V bar a high cable pulley and sit on the seat with your knees placed under the knee support pad.
  2. Pull the V bar down under control until it touches the top of your chest. Make sure that the upper back does the work and that you are not swinging your body back with momentum to involve your lower back.
  3. Let the cable go back up, extend the arms again, and really feel your lats get a full stretch.
