Muscle Group: Forearms

If you have week forearms, it can limit the types of exercises you can do. Strong forearms allow you to train with heavier weights.

This exercise will not only improve your grip, it will add mass to your entire forearm! Remember, there are two ways to develop huge forearms, reps so brutal your forearms are screaming for the pain to stop, and a vice-like grip!

Grab a pair of heavy dumbbells. Hold them till near failure and then rack them. Try doing drop sets on this one!
